"Flock Not Opened" / "can't be opened." Only affects builds from before code signing. Update via the latest download, or one-time: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
Observe or co-pilot shows a blank or odd pane. Both sides need v0.4.5 or newer; the stream handshake is mutual. Update both installs.
An agent's pane shows a shell prompt. The agent exited (or you pressed Ctrl-C). The pane drops to a normal shell on purpose; type the agent command to relaunch, or close the pane and spawn a fresh one.
Graph tools error with "engine is not running." Start Docker Desktop, then Settings → Graph → Start the engine. Data survives restarts in a Docker volume.
A secure pane says "the Docker daemon is not running." Secure mode fails closed by design. Start Docker Desktop and spawn the pane again. If the Secure mode toggle is greyed out in the New Workspace dialog, Docker isn't installed or isn't awake.
Voice hotkey does nothing. Check Settings → Voice: enabled, model downloaded, and the right microphone selected. Grant the mic permission when macOS asks.
